SHIPPING

Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Transit time will depend on the destination.

Shipping to the United States generally takes 10 to 14 days, depending on the destination. If you are unable to see a shipping amount for your location, or if the amount shown seems incorrect, please Contact Us for assistance. For any order from the United States, please note that JNC Montessori Education does not collect any U.S. taxes or duties when you complete your purchase, so you may be asked to pay these amounts to the courier upon delivery.

Once you have completed your order you will receive email updates as it progresses, and we will include a tracking number once we have shipped the materials. Products that are out of stock will be marked “Out of Stock” and may take 6 to 8 weeks to restock due to congestion at ports.

Some large orders may be too big to be handled by our usual courier services, so if you are considering a larger purchase, please Contact Us to see what other shipping options are available.

RETURNS

Thank You for purchasing our products here at JNC Montessori Education Supply Store. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. If the product is not returned in the original packaging and in its original condition, it will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee or will NOT accept the return. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. The shipping charges cannot be refunded.For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to change our product’s prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have ordered but not yet paid for a product, we guarantee the price for 7 days from when the order was placed.
